There’s activity east of Stapleford Lane (in the area known as Toton East with Planning Application 25/00255 see our responses to the application). They seem to be digging trenches and filling them with concrete. If anybody knows what they are doing (we can all speculate) please let us know through our contact-us page
Local Government Reorganisation
