The Forum Steering Group has formally submitted its representations to this full planning application to Construct 155 dwellings and associated open space and infrastructure in “Toton East”. The representations are in two parts:-
1) Covering Letter
2) Assessment against each of the Neighbourhood Plan Policies & Aspirations
After sending we noticed that a small number of words hadn’t copied over from the assessment spreadsheet during the conversion to a PDF document. These just relate to one line under policy HAS02 in the comments against A. Energy Efficient design & heating –
the bottom line stops at ‘……. and provide equity for all households with their’
but should continue ‘energy bills. Retrofitting Solar PV would be an added expense for households not provided with them initially.’
We are currently assessing the outline planning application 25/00306/OUT for a residential development of up to 880 homes (with some matters reserved) link road (means of access only), local centre, country park, education provision (forest school) and associated infrastructure in “Toton North”, and will submit our representations to this before the 7th June deadline.
