Toton & Chetwynd East Midlands Hub forms one of the three areas which the East Midlands Development Corporation (EMDevCo) see as an opportunity to provide “a once-in-a-generation opportunity to supercharge its economy and create tens of thousands of new jobs via three landmark developments of national significance.”
EMDevCo foresee Toton & Chetwynd as “The Home of Next Generation Living and Working” as such there needs to be close cooperation between the Neighbourhood Forum (representing the Community) and EMDevCo.
