Following on from our Save the Date post, this is to confirm that the next Forum AGM will be held on 11th January 2023 at 7pm via Zoom. If you haven’t already done so, please can all members & friends make a note of the date in your diaries & calendars, and follow the instructions below for Registration etc.
It is an important part of the Forum calendar to review the past two years again this time (2021 & 2022), and have the annual reports & accounts, steering group members etc. ratified and approved formally by the wider Forum membership. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
Instructions to take part in the meeting:-
Follow this link for the latest version of the AGENDA. The agenda will be updated & finalised in the lead up to the AGM.
Complete the REGISTRATION Form by the 4th January 2023 to attend.
Complete the NOMINATATION Form to put yourself forward as a member of the Steering Group by 21st December 2022.
Once nominations have closed, then the VOTING Form will be opened on the 22nd December 2022 for members to vote on the various points within the agenda and ask questions.
