Broxtowe have notified us recently (and some of you may also have received a notification) that they are re-consulting on Bloor’s hybrid planning application for Toton ‘West’ 25/00928/FUL
The new documents added to the document library (via the above link) appear to be mainly house types & designs, although there are some other amendments – a substation north of the spine road, correcting parking issues etc.
The re-consultation is open until 5th November.
The Planning Appeal Inquiry for their other Toton ‘West’ application 25/00371/OUT (details of the appeal inquiry are here) has concluded for the Inspector to make her recommendations in due course. N.B. The Forum participated at the Inquiry as an Interested Party.
It has never been clear to the Forum why there are two separate applications from the same developer for the same site, and whilst there is an ongoing appeal for one awaiting determination, progressing the other seems premature!!
