Broxtowe has two planning applications indicated above – 255 is a full planning application for “Toton East” (155 homes) and 306 is an outline planing application for “Toton North” (up to 880 homes). Broxtowe will only know your opinions if you comment to them through the planning portal.
We are continuing to receive copies of comments made to Broxtowe and Bloor/Peveril/Pegasus on these applications. Remember, commenting only to us or on Social Media will not make Broxtowe aware of your feelings.
The comments from Forum members (that we have been made aware of) have been collated anonymously and can be viewed via this link. As more are received we will update the document accordingly, so you will need to check back to this post on the Our Posts page to see them.

The Forum Steering Group will respond by the application deadlines, which are 23rd May for 255 and 7th June for 306. These dates have been confirmed as correct by Broxtowe Planning. As always we will share these with you.
The deadline for submitting comments directly to the developer for their “Toton North” proposal has passed. The Forum’s response to this engagement exercise can be seen here. A more detailed response will of course be provided to Broxtowe.
