We have received notification that the two applications relating to development on the land West of Stapleford Lane are “programmed to be considered by the Council’s Planning Committee on 1st July 2026.”
These are the Applications which are subject to Appeal by the Applicant (see our previous post). Individuals are invited to ask to speak and, if there are multiple people wishing to speak, the council will choose an individual. The Forum is not invited to speak.
The fact that it is “programmed to be considered” does not mean that it will be, the agenda will be published “usually 5 working days prior to the meeting” and “interested parties are asked to check the website regularly”.
