- The Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill became law on the 26th October 2023. Follow this link to see the Government’s Press Release.
- We were recently asked to explain the relationships between some of the documents that will affect Planning decisions in our Area, particularly why we have created Design Codes and a Masterplan and what their purpose is. Hopefully this diagram will help.
