Along with a number of others we have received notification from Broxtowe Planning Authority regarding an Appeal by Robert Gardner Bloor Homes Limited about Planning Application 25/00371/OUT (the one for 420 homes west of Stapleford Lane).
The Forum is trying to find out exactly what the Appeal is about and the process involved.
On the 8th May we received an updated version of the letter dated the 1st May which puts a timescale upon making comments to the Planning Inspectorate.
