The Toton Lane subgroup supports the Steering Group in developing the Neighbourhood Plan relating to the Strategic Growth Area that surrounds the HS2 station – aka the land west and east of Stapleford Lane/Toton Lane. Given its designation as a Growth Area, our Neighbourhood Plan will be constrained by Council plans. However, we intend to make sure development of this area reflects the wishes of the community.
