Voting for items as listed on the AGM agenda is now open, even if you are not attending the meeting – please use the AGM Voting Form. Voting closes at 6pm 8th July 2026
N.B. Only full members of the Forum (aged 16 years or over and who are resident or work in the Forum Area) are entitled to vote.
If you are attending the meeting then please register your attendance in advance via the Registration Form by 6pm 8th July 2026. Registration on the night will be available, but we would like to keep this to a minimum.
The deadline to volunteer as a member of the Steering Group has now passed, but if you have missed the deadline, and are still interested or wish to discuss further, then please email assist.cttcnf@gmail.com
